CENTRAL HEATING CLEANER – AIGHER AC 200 is a 1 litre concentrated cleaner for central heating systems, designed to help remove sludge, flux residues and installation debris from radiators, pipework and boilers. HELPS RESTORE CIRCULATION – The formula lifts and suspends deposits so they can be flushed from the system, helping reduce build-up that may cause cold radiator areas, restricted flow and uneven heating. SAFE FOR COMMON SYSTEM METALS – Suitable for use in central heating systems with common materials including aluminium, making it ideal for routine maintenance, system cleaning and boiler or pump replacement work. 1 BOTTLE FOR A TYPICAL SYSTEM – Dose at approximately 1 percent, or 1 litre per 100 litres of system water. One bottle is suitable for a typical heating system or around 10 radiators, depending on system size. FOR OPEN OR SEALED SYSTEMS – Add via header tank, filling loop or suitable access point as applicable. Circulate for a minimum of 2 hours, flush before refilling, then treat with a suitable corrosion inhibitor. AIGHER AC 200 Cleaner is a 1 litre concentrated sludge and flux remover for central heating systems. It is designed to help clean existing systems by lifting sludge, flux residues, silt and installation debris so they can be flushed away before refilling. The cleaner is suitable for use in open and sealed central heating systems. Dose at approximately 1 litre per 100 litres of system water. For a typical domestic heating system, one bottle should normally be sufficient, while larger systems may require an additional bottle. Use AC 200 when cleaning an existing system, when fitting new boilers or pumps to an existing installation, or where radiators have cold areas caused by sludge build-up. Circulate through the system with valves open for a minimum of 2 hours, or longer for badly fouled systems, then flush thoroughly before refilling and adding a suitable corrosion inhibitor.
